We will work one-on-one on issues that are difficult to face alone. Sessions are 50 minutes long and can be virtual or in-person in my DC office. 

We will transform negative relationship patterns into new patterns of understanding & connection.  We will navigate challenges due to communication styles, life values, infidelity recovery, sexual compatibility, lack of emotional intimacy, substance use, and transition to parenthood. Sessions are 50 minutes long and can be virtual or in-person in my DC office. 

We will incorporate the body into the healing process, in order to help you connect to your emotions and the cues your body is sending to your mind. We can use either: yoga therapy, breath work, meditation, or spiritual approaches. Sessions are 50 minutes long and can be virtual or in-person in my DC office.
